Excellent human and nature cooperation - this is what we believe in and what makes our engines drive.

Adventure Spirit (Piedzīvojuma Gars - PG) is an experiential education organization focused on outdoors and development within a group context.

We enjoy putting people into situations where they have to communicate, cooperate, and communicate some more by providing a safe, challenging and playful environment for them to learn, often outdoors, which we use as a tool for personal development.

Two of our main methods are:

  • Community - individual commitment to a group effort;

  • Challenge by choice - group commitment to turn the environment in their favour

Andre

Andre is a movement lover! For the past 10 years he has worked to explore movement with many different practices, from martial arts to dancing, to unlock new understandings and possibilities about himself and the world.

He likes to change perspective, with his humour and peculiar positions.

When in doubt you can find Andre doing handstands, climbing something or building stuff from whatever is available. Everything is an opportunity to learn something, for him and the people around!

REINIS.jpg

Reinis

Reinis has a vast experience in outdoor experiential education as an instructor and trainer at Adventure Spirit. During the project, you would probably find him somewhere casually hanging upside down from the ceiling or a tree.

Reinis is fond of using adventure as a learning method for various groups from school children to business companies in places from water to high up in the air, and believes that in every challenge the right thing to ask is “So what’s the next step?”.

He will always have a good challenge in his pocket but will also cheer you up with his contagious energy in any struggles to come.

Katka_edited.jpg

Katka

Katka found herself in many areas, such as gamification, nonviolent communication, wellness being and experiential learning. One of the favourite activities is cooking. She likes to try new recipes very often. If you feel like you are hungry for food (or love) you can ask her and she will find the way that will make you feel full.

Katka has been in the field with youth and kids for more than 10 years. She loves to overcome challenges from the daily small ones to very exciting ones, such as crossing Europe (from Italy to Czechia) on bike or travelling abroad without money. What about your challenges? Are you ready to take the next step?
